Clayton Master

Account Executive

Clayton brings a diverse background in hospitality, sales, and legal technology to his role as Account Executive at Legal Back Office. With experience spanning from recreation management to SaaS legal solutions, he understands the importance of building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. His journey from hotel operations to legal services has given him a unique perspective on what law firms need to succeed and grow.

Clayton's professional path began in hospitality, where he served as a recreation intern and banquet setup supervisor at Omni Hotels before advancing to Restaurant General Manager and Hotel Sales roles. He then transitioned into the legal technology space with Filevine, where his dedication to excellence earned him recognition as a Presidents Club Winner. This achievement demonstrates his ability to exceed expectations and drive results, skills he now applies to helping law firms optimize their back-office operations through LBO's comprehensive service offerings.

What sets Clayton apart is his genuine commitment to understanding each client's unique challenges and goals. He approaches every interaction with the same energy and enthusiasm that made him successful in hospitality and sales, ensuring that law firms receive personalized attention and solutions tailored to their specific needs. His collaborative approach and problem-solving mindset make him an invaluable resource for firms looking to streamline their operations and focus on what they do best – practicing law.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Clayton is a Slippery Rock University graduate and former collegiate athlete who brings that same competitive drive to his professional life. His journey has taken him from Pennsylvania to Florida, Nashville and now to Salt Lake City, Utah, where he's claimed his stake in the beautiful mountain landscape. When he's not helping law firms succeed, you'll find him exploring the great outdoors through hiking, camping, and skiing, or cheering on Arsenal and the Nashville Predators. He's an avid concert-goer who considers the Gorge Amphitheater his favorite venue, a passionate cook, and a dedicated animal shelter volunteer. Clayton's adventurous spirit led him on an epic 8-week road trip in 2020 to visit national parks and forests, and he's known for his impressive collection of faux fur coats and his memorable encounter buying Keith Jones a double Titos and sprite at Denver International Airport.
