With over two decades of experience in bookkeeping and accounting across multiple organizations, Monica has developed a comprehensive understanding of both public accounting and direct employer environments. Her extensive background in business management allows her to truly understand the busy days our clients face and honor their unique needs. Monica's four years of specialized client onboarding experience in an accounting firm have honed her ability to seamlessly integrate new clients into our systems and processes.

Monica's adaptability shines through her mastery of new technology, enabling her to quickly understand and work with the specific programs used by each new client. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing improved processes and procedures that perform accounting tasks more efficiently and accurately while maintaining proper documentation standards. Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time outdoors with her children and participating in scouting activities. When she can't be outside, Monica finds joy in crocheting, crafting, and exploring forgotten traditional ways of the past.
