Nicole Roach

Nicole Roach brings more than 16 years of accounting and finance experience to Legal Back Office, with a background that includes bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliations, payroll, financial reporting, and month-end close. Her accounting career began during the nearly 18 years she spent working in a law firm, giving her valuable insight into the unique financial processes and operational needs of legal practices.

Detail-oriented and naturally analytical, Nicole’s strengths lie in identifying discrepancies, cleaning up financial records, and bringing clarity to complex accounts. She enjoys digging into the details, determining why something does not balance, and developing practical solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency. Her organized approach and commitment to reliable financial information allow her to provide clients with the support and confidence they need to make informed business decisions.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Nicole relocated to the Tampa, Florida, area in 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with her family—especially her grandchildren—and indulging her love of all things true crime.
